Chamber for Justice and law- enforcement

Program for observations of corrupt practices ‘in Indian Administration/concerned state administration and Judiciary, which have been growing to a alert and alarming stage of taking out breaths of law-abiding citizens by and by.

A. To ensure social Justice

1. To render legal information, consultation and logistic support to any Indian citizen/state citizen in need, so as to ensure Justice with required might and means by procuring concrete evidences, witnesses in accurate frame of law.
2. To assist concerned Judicial officers by providing correct and noncontroversial evidences as volunteer/solicitor and law officer serving as 'THIRD EYE' to reach most accurate and suitable decision/Judgement, so that no humiliation or breach of trust in judicial system could take place anymore.
3. To render knowledge and practice of general laws in order to cultivate well-disciplined, cultured and civilized human society.

B. To ensure socio-economical Justice

1. To manage and promote counselling for disputes' settlement between people/institutions/ agencies linked with trade and commerce or any commercial transaction by some virtual or physical means.
2. To render logistic support and solutions to the people who have being troubled by unfavourable socio-economical circumstances and terms developed.

C. Law -Enforcement

1. To render knowledge of rights and duties to citizens and nationals under various circumstances of law and orders; so as to prevent from falling victims of undercover crime cultivators and corrupt public servants/employees in government/quasi Government/civic agencies, civil/public servant in Indian/ state administration and Judicial officers/ Judiciary as a whole in order to earn evil gains by breaching ‘oath’, misusing duties and designations and exceeding rights to the limits of atrocities or killing Justice.
2. To observe anti-national activities being done/ promoted by physical or mental exercises or both, managing support with funds and work force, people and agencies or institutions involved at lower or higher and any level; to procure evidences acceptable in the courts of law to produce before, for necessary justice as per need of the time.
3. To promote and arrange training and capability of youth, volunteers, members of the mission and law abiding citizens to raise spontaneous and endless war against corruption and crime cultivation being practiced by under cover criminal public servants/employees/people in trade and commence, active to damage various democratic, institutional, administrative, socio-economical and judicial systems for evil goals. For that, training programme under C.B.I., I.B., R&AW, ARC etc. Along with it, reputed renowned global institutions/agencies would be requested, convinced to get established a qualified, disciplined and committed work force of; ‘VOLUNTEERS’ of fraternity and consolidated development.
4. To render knowledge to the people regarding regulations and laws/act of food and drugs quality and distribution, control, usable parameters and the way to act against adulteration and sub-standards, being allowed with malafide intention and also to earn evil gains at the cost of public health and right for food.
5. To render knowledge of the gravity of crime of women and child trafficking to force as slaves/bounded labour/objects of sexual extortion and likewise. Also to create awareness and successful law- enforcement against all such humiliation and atrocities at any or every level.
6. To observe quality of building/construction materials/drawings and design being used by concerned agencies in the construction and delivery of public properties like buildings, roads, bridges, flyovers, underpasses, footpaths, drains, parks, gardens, waiting shades etc.,– applicability, balancing and rational with the public funds being psyphoned as cost - budget; and to furnish confidential, analytical reports to C.V.C. or other competent concerned agencies regularly.
7. To observe analyse and procure evidences acceptable by the courts of law and justice and to submit before, with due permission, so as to assist the judiciary to reach on the right decision and for judgement in all concerned matters of judicial interest.
8. To observe, and preserve evidences of techniques and procedures being adopted by civil/ public/private sector's servants under Indian/state administration and judicial officers/judiciary as whole to earn evil gaols by breaching ‘oath ‘, misusing duties and destinations and exceeding ‘Rights’ to the limits of atrocities or killing justice.
9. To observe anti- national activities/enemy sleepers cells/traitors' movement being done/promoted by physical or mental exercise or both, being spotted with funds and work force, people and agencies or institutions involved at lower or higher and any level; to procure evidences regarding the same, acceptable in the court of law and to produce for necessary procedure for justice as per need of the time.
10. To promote and arrange training and capability of youth to raise spontaneous and endless war against corruption and crime cultivation bring practiced by under cover criminal public servants/employees/people in the trade and commerce- active to damage various democratic institutions, administrative, socio economical and judicial systems regularly for evil goals. For that training and updating programme of volunteer/members under C.B.I., I.B., R&AW, ARC etc. would be requested for and promoted to get established a qualified and committed work force of; “Volunteers of Fraternity and consolidated development”.
11. To observe, analyse, collect and procure concrete evidences of corrupt /condemnable practices in judiciary, if any, at various levels resulting in breach of trust of the society and killing of Justice by Hon'ble persons responsible to exercise and deliver using correct and exact knowledge of laws of the state. Anything procured and preserved, being alarming, shall be furnished to the Hon'ble chief justice/administrative judge of Hon'ble high court of the concerned state, Hon'ble Chief Justice of India/ administrative judge of Hon'ble Supreme Court of India/state, law secretary, Hon'ble Prime Minister being head of the state and Hon'ble president of India being head of the constitution as well, in strict and most confidential way to leave free further course of action whichever be required thereafter.
12. To observe, analyse, procure and preserve most accurate information and evidences about undercover traitors/enemy spies working at various levels as civil servants (IAS, IPS, IRS, IFS, IES etc.), in judicial services, military and paramilitary services, education and academies, as religious preachers and at religious places. These observations/evidences shall be furnished in strict and most confidential way to the concerned competent authorities to take further suitable legal action which ever is required in order to establish the rule of law and order.
13. To render awareness about the right for education and to promote it amongst economically weaker section and genius appearing children of the society.

Resolved that any or all proposals sensitive and useful which could be submitted further under process by Hon'ble executive members ,would be welcome, analysed and entered in the parameters by the approval of executive committee and consent of the Hon'ble President of W.F.&C.D. Mission-India, to enhance accuracy ,clarity and transparency as per requirement.
